I have been involved in fitness in various ways since 2000, competing in different forms of martial arts, including 7 world championships. And since 2011 I has also been taking part in obstacle races across the world.
I have been qualified to teach martial arts since 2008 and in 2017 I gained further qualifications to become a qualified fitness instructor to share my passion and improve other peoples lives.
